Turbo Fire/ Chalean Extreme Hybrid

For anyone looking for a great way to mix it up here is a hybrid of two of my favorite programs Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi-
    I have been using this schedule for six weeks now . I started TF when I was already through with the Burn phase of CE so I just continued with Push and now I am in week 3 of Lean. Next week I finish Lean and I will be in week8 of TF.

    I would think keeping the TF schedule going with CE 3 times a week as before would be the way to go but I am trying to figure out which phase or combo of phases in CE I should add. I know in CE after the 3 phases are done you either mix it up or choose 1 phase to do for 30 days then switch.

    What would you do? I am contemplating a different hybrid altogether like insanity or p90. I also saw somwone did it with Brazil Butt!

      I agree that I prefer to keep the resistance training in place and at full speed. It will help burn more fat. P90x/Insanity would be amazing as well. But finish this first. You have come so far.

    I was just wondering if the hybrid that you’ve posted here is one that you created? I also was wondering if Chalene’s Turbofire program included a hybrid schedule? (this is something I’ve heard) I currently own TurboJam and I really like it , and I’d also like to order Chalean Extreme and Turbofire

      Actually this is one of the official hybrids from Beachbody. You are wanting to do a hybrid with which 2 programs?? There is a hybrid for Turbo Fire and Chalene in the Turbo Fire training guide. Are you considering that option??? I would love to chat more with you about this!!
