
I was up with the roosters this morning!!! TOTAL SUCCESS!!! I got an hour worth of work in, my daily quiet time, and my workouts!!! YAY BABY!!! SUCCESS!!! Today is week 2 of Body Beast!! I LOVE LEG DAY!! Body Beast is giving me the best body I have ever had!! I have a fairly slow metabolic rate so I also throw in a side dish of Cardio when I have time!! GOOD STUFF!!! Along with Preworkout formula, a HEAPING scoop of BCAA and of course after I have my recovery– GREAT START TO A GREAT DAY!!!

Hey Christina! It’s Codie. Well I dont know how successful I feel. I’ve been doing Insanity for a 1 week and I’ve gained a lb :-/ I’m hoping it is just my body adapting. I have pure cardio today. Hope you have a great day!
