A lot of women have a misconception that if they work out their legs with weights then they will get big and bulky. This is especially true with women who are naturally more muscular than others. There are a few ways to get long, lean bikini ready legs for summer. One way is to use Brazil Butt Lift. It has work wonders for me. Leandro trains the Victoria’s Secret models so he knows how to get the highest and tightest back sides for us!!
I will also add in my own work to the mix. One of my favorite moves is the walking lunge. But instead of using a heavy weight use a small weight (maybe 8-10) and set a timer. Can you do 2 minutes?? 4 minutes?? 10 minutes?? Work up to as much as 20 minutes per set. This will give you the long and lean look you are looking for. Make sure you are using proper form.
