This program is state of the art and encompasses functional training, strength training, and plyometrics. There are a few pieces of equipment that you will need to consider to successfully complete the program. If you are a P90X graduate or purchased one of the P90X2 kits that includes most of the equipment then you should be ready or nearly ready to begin. Some of the items here are suggestions and what I myself will be starting with for success through the program. Let’s take a look…
- Pull up bar
- Pull up assist (band system)
- Push up stands
- Free weights or bands to be used in place of free weights
- Foam Roller
- Medicine balls
- Stability ball
In addition to the above listed pieces of equipment you will also need ample space to do the workouts and a balanced diet. I highly recommend Shakeology Shake to be included in your nutrition plan as well as the Beachbody Results and Recovery Formula for the best results throughout the program. Aside from that the program comes with a nutrition guide that will help you with your eating that includes options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. It will also include a schedule to guide you through the workouts.
