Chalean Extreme/ Insanity Hybrid

Chalean Extreme and Insanity are two of my favorite programs!! Together it is the perfect balance of intense cardio and resistance training!! I highly encourage you to complete each program in it’s pure form before mixing it up!!

This schedule is intense and should be treated as such. As always ask your doctors permission before beginning any new workout schedule or program.     Thank you soooo much! I have been considering Chelean Extreme for months, but I was concerned about loosing all the endurance I’ve gained though Insanity. I don’t want to stop the Insanity work outs b/c I may loose that cardio push. Your plan is soo helpful. I can do this! Thanks, I’m ready to get it now.

    Thanks so much for posting this. I just finished my first bout with Insanity and loved it! I’ve used Turbo Jam before, so I knew I’d love Chalene Extreme. I knew I would need more cardio, so mixing the two seems great! I hope this can help me. I still have 10 lbs. left of weight from my 3rd baby. But I really want to tone and get tight! I think this combo with help perfectly with that. Thanks again!

    Im about to finish insanity. i am on my last week. i just ordered chalean extreme. should i do it all first and then do the hybrid with insanity?? what if i lose what i achieved in terms of cardio resistance with insanity???
