Thank you for your comments… I actually did the reset with just the meal plan. It is an option to use Vegan Shakeology but I wanted to keep my experience to whole foods. The meals in the Reset Meal plan are DELICIOUS so I really enjoyed the whole foods during the experience!! Please free to let me know if you have any other questions.
