Beachbody Asylum Day 30!! THE FINALE!!!

I MADE IT!! I am very impressed with this program. I did not lose any weight while doing the program which doesn’t surprise me as I have been at a plateau for SEVERAL months. I feel like I become a bit stronger. More than anything else the one thing that I gained from this program was agility and speed! I know where my body is and what it is doing with much more precision now. I took some before/after pictures but I will not be posting them because I didn’t see a huge difference in them.

Here are my fit test results from Day 1 followed by my Day 30 numbers:

  • Agility Heisman: 6, 9

  • In and Out Ab Progression: 16, 20

  • Lat Push ups: 17, 21

  • Mountain Climber Switch Kicks: 34, 38

  • Agility Shoulder Taps: 3-1/2, 5

  • X Jumps: 20, 23

  • Moving Push Ups: 2, 3

  • Agility Lateral Shuffle: 11, 21

  • Agility Bear Crawl: 1, 4

 

My overall thoughts about Asylum are that it is an amazing program to increase your overall athleticism. I thoroughly enjoyed it because it was FUN!! I like to have fun when I workout, don’t you?!? I would HIGHLY recommend this program for anyone who wants to gain strength, agility and speed!! It will also make your power jumps look more like flying!! >

What next you ask?? TURBO FIRE with resistance training!! I will not be blogging the entire 90 day TF program but I will definitely check in periodically! How about you?? What does your current fitness routine look like???
