Beachbody Asylum Day 16!! VERTICAL PLYO!! OYYYYYYYY!!!!

This is a TOUGH workout!! I am not sure if it makes me want to cry or puke more! I do know that it is the MOTHERLOAD of any workout I have ever done!!  I believe that Shaun is a member of the Marvel comic superhero family. I have always thought with his heart of gold and body of steel that he was a superhero but now that I have seen him jump far enough that I am convinced he is flying, I have no doubt that he is DEFINITELY A SUPERHERO!! Now the question is… will I ever be able to jump fly?!? WHEW!! That agility ladder seemed very long today when I was trying to clear it! I even had it folded in half!! :D

I will never give up because I know that vertical plyo is critical to increase your speed and your overall fitness! It will help you run faster and become a better athlete in nearly any sport that you could imagine.

I remember Shaun saying, “I am not trying to hurt you. I am just trying to make you stronger!”  One day I will be a member of the Marvel comic lineup but until then I will continue to push forward until I too can increase my flight ability!
