About Me

I am a follower of Christ currently living in TN with my beautiful family. I am a Beachbody Elite Star Diamond Coach doing what I love- working out and helping others get fit and healthy- physically and financially!

I have always loved fitness and nutrition but like many women, I struggled to lose the weight that I gained during my pregnancies. I was heavier than I had ever been, tired, and dealt with a very low self esteem. After my 3rd child, I decided it was time to do something to improve my energy and self image!! It was time to get ME back!!! I started using Beachbody products orginally in 2005. In February 2010, I decided it was time to get serious– P90x!!! I fell in love with the program and started to get phenomenal results very early on!! I FELT AMAZING!!! At that time someone told me about the coaching opportunity! I knew it was a fit for me!! I wanted to help others find energy and to live fuller lives!!

Since that time, I have developed life long friendships, completed many of the Beachbody programs to include P90x, Turbo Fire, Insanity, P90x one on one, Turbo Jam, Chalean Extreme, Body Beast, Insanity Asylum, P90X2, and RevAbs. I also use Energy and Endurance and Shakeology every day!! Shakeology has been the one nutritional element that I have used that has been a game changer for me and given me the results I wanted much quicker! I thoroughly enjoy helping others!! I would love to help you reach your fitness goals!!

As a mother of 3, a wife and a business owner I have to perform at my peak performance everyday!! I love Beachbody because they have given me the tools to do just that!!

I have now gone on to continue my education in fitness to include my certified personal training certificate through NASM! I am also a certified Turbo Kick and P90X coach!!
